What is the VAST System?

The Venture Accelerator System for Trades, or VAST, is an operating system that draws inspiration from broader systems like EOS, and defines and addresses problems that are unique and specific to trade or service based businesses.

How does it work?

It all start with a company assessment, our team of VAST coaches will listen to the bottlenecks in your business, identify key areas of improvement, and introduce you to the key concepts we’ve developed that helped us scale our service businesses from a local operation to an eight figure enterprise operating in multiple states.

What is the cost?

That’s all up to you! Our introductory call is always free, from there you can choose how much you want to implement into your business. You can sign up for our software only package to help you start operating more efficiently, you could join our group coaching circuit in our Skool Group called the 4 Million Method, or you can sign up for individualized coaching specific to your business. Who developed VAST?

VAST was developed by industry leaders in the home service space. Clint Junell is the thought-leader behind VAST. Clint is also the CEO of Mr. Restore, a multi-state restoration company, and the Co-Founder of Job-Dox, a software originally designed just to help Mr. Restore scale. It was so successful in doing so that he began offering it to the public, while developing strategies and frameworks that eventually became the VAST system.
